Paul Millage
With backgrounds in recovery and behavioral counseling, many years in sales and extensive experience managing departments and teams in the print industry, Paul brings his vast organizational and management skills to the job of caring for your home and pets.
Mansion Minder Manager
Vivian Vacca
With training as an esthetician, as well as a recovery and behavioral counselor, Viv brings her deep caring and concern for others to the fore when minding your mansion. In addition, Vivian is a Reiki Master and can provide Reiki treatments for your beloved fur babies. Ask about this special service if you are interested.

We arrange a meeting before your trip so we can meet you and your pets, tour the home, review routines, and make sure everyone is comfortable.

Create Your Care Plan
We record your instructions for pets, plants, mail, garbage day, security, home checks, emergency contacts, and any special requests.

Confirm Your Booking
Once the dates and care plan are agreed upon, your house-sitting service is confirmed and everything is ready before you leave.

We Mind Your Mansion
While you are away, we follow your care plan, look after your home and pets, complete the agreed tasks, and keep an eye out for anything unusual.

Receive Updates
We send reassuring updates and photos so you can see how your pets and home are doing without having to wonder.

Welcome Home
Before your return, we complete the final home and pet routines and leave everything ready for you to walk back through the door.
